Nova Ro apartments were founded by the Rotary Club of Novato in 1975 for the purpose of providing housing for seniors that were being priced out of their homes and were unable to continue to live in Novato.
Over the years, the project has grown from our original 30 apartments on Olive Avenue to another 56 apartments on Seventh Street and later 40 apartments on Pinheiro Circle.
Today, the NovaRo Corporation is managed by a volunteer board of directors and employs a property manager for daily care and administration.
